Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any KHEALPRO online course, training, or certification program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Accessing course materials constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Non-Refund Policy
All online course purchases are final sale.
Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be granted once course access has been provided.
Failure to complete the course does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Personal License & Account Restrictions
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only.
Course access:

May not be shared

May not be transferred
-
May not be sublicensed
-
May not be used by staff, assistants, or third parties
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect unauthorized access.
Violation may result in:

Immediate termination of access

Revocation of certification
-
Legal enforcement
Intellectual Property Protection
All course materials, including but not limited to:

Videos
-
PDFs
-
Training manuals
-
Treatment protocols
-
Slides
-
Demonstration materials
are the exclusive intellectual property of KHEALPRO.
Participants may not:

Record the screen
-
Download or distribute materials
-
Copy or reproduce content
-
Modify content
-
Create derivative works
-
Develop competing training programs based on the materials
Intellectual Property Violation & Liquidated Damages
The Participant acknowledges that unauthorized use of course materials would cause substantial and irreparable harm to the Company.
In the event of unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, sublicensing, or competitive use of course materials, the Participant agrees that the Company shall be entitled to recover:

Liquidated damages of $50,000 CAD per violation,
OR -
The actual damages incurred, including reasonably foreseeable lost profits, investigation costs, enforcement expenses, and legal fees,
whichever is greater.
The parties agree that this amount represents a reasonable pre-estimate of damages and is not a penalty.
The Company shall also be entitled to seek injunctive relief and other equitable remedies.
Certification Policy
Certificates are issued upon completion of course requirements.
The Company reserves the right to:

Revoke certification

Suspend certification
-
Refuse certification issuance
if policy violations or misuse are identified.
Certification does not grant distribution or resale rights unless separately approved in writing.
Professional Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for:

Compliance with local laws and regulations
-
Obtaining proper insurance
-
Client consultation and consent
-
Safe and hygienic treatment practices
The Company does not guarantee treatment outcomes.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Company shall not be liable for:

Treatment complications
-
Client dissatisfaction
-
Business losses
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
These provisions survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
