Refund policy

Final Sale Policy

All wholesale purchases made through KHEALPRO are considered final sale.

The following are not permitted:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations after processing

Promotional packages, distributor kits, and special pricing bundles are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Opened Products

Due to the hygienic and safety nature of skincare products, opened products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

Eligible Return Conditions

A return may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product remains unopened
  • The product is in complete resalable condition
  • Both external and internal packaging are undamaged

If the Company determines that the product is not in resalable condition, the return request may be denied.

The determination of resalable condition shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Returns due to change of mind may be considered only if submitted in writing within five (5) days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Products must remain unopened
  • Products must be in full resalable condition
  • All shipping costs (original and return freight) are the responsibility of the buyer

If the issue is determined to be a product defect or the fault of the Company, shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

Manufacturing Defects

If a claim for a manufacturing defect is approved:

A replacement may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

Any approved refund shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KHEALPRO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of revenue
  • Consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product in dispute.

These provisions shall survive termination of this agreement.
